HIGH SEASON

samara-tree-house-beach

Dates: Nov 1 – Dec 20, Jan 11 – May 31, Jul 1 – Aug 31

Description:
The high season is the least likely time to experience rain in Samara, even in the rainforests. It can also make it easier to spot wildlife because of the shrinking water sources. This is a fabulous time to spend entire days relaxing on the beach, eating amazing food and swimming in the pool. The dry season offers the perfect tropical escape for most Northern Hemisphere visitors during the long winter months.

Why this is a great time to visit: Perfect weather nearly everyday, escape the winter blues, the surf is more consistent, lots of extra activities around Samara because there are more tourists in town.

It will not necessarily rain every day and when it does it’s typically only for 1 or 2 hours in the afternoon. The excess water brings the countryside to life with an explosion of color, gorgeous waterfalls and fascinating wildlife. Additionally, there are not many tourists so it is more quiet and peaceful. And due to the the lower demand, our pricing is significantly more affordable.

Why this is a great time to visit: It is cheaper, crowds disappear, mornings are sunny and clear, the rivers and waterfalls are running and the rain brings the rainforests to life.
